I can't get on my roof, so how do I know the work was properly performed?We take photos of all our work. We will share the photos with you via text or email as soon as the work is completed!

Is your company and crews insured?Yes, Onit Roofing carries one million dollar per occurrence liability insurance. All of our crew members are insured as well. Attached is an updated copy of our General Liability policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept payments online through Zelle (banking app), Venmo (cash app), and credit card. If you prefer, we can also accept checks in person.

Do I need to be home when I schedule my Roof Tune-Up?No, since we do not need access inside your home to perform a Roof Tune-Up it is not necessary that you are home during the service. After we have completed the Roof Tune-Up, we will share photos with you via text or email. We also accept payment online after the work is completed.

How long does a Roof Tune-Up take to complete?How long a Roof Tune-Up takes will depend on the size and complexity of your roof. On average, our Roof Tune-Up service takes 1-2 hours to complete.

How often should I get a Roof Tune-Up to maintain my roof?
The frequency for your roof maintenance depends on the roof's age, current condition, and the types of materials that make up your roof. Most asphalt roof's have a lifespan of 10-20 years.
We recommend having your roof evaluated and maintenance every 3-4 years in the first 10 years of your roof's life.
Once your roof is over 10 years old, we recommend scheduling a free roof inspection each year to ensure your roof is properly maintained

What type of leaks are not fixed by a Roof Tune-Up?
Unfortunately, not all roof leaks can be solved with a Roof Tune-Up. We will perform a full inspection of your roof prior to performing your Roof Tune-Up.
The following are issues that would require further repairs:
Rotted decking
Missing shingles
Missing flashings
Hail damage
Wind damage
Holes in the roof from rodents or debris
If we discover any issues that may need further repairs, we will immediately inform you and provide an estimate

Will you inspect my roof before performing the Roof Tune-Up?
Yes, we always perform a full inspection of your roof before completing any repairs. If we discover an issue that can’t be repaired during the Roof Tune-Up we will provide you with an estimate.
